COURT RENTAL, PRIVATE EVENTS AND/OR PARTIES

NW Beach Volleyball Club (also known as Bottega) is the PERFECT SPOT FOR EVENTS!

Our facility offers indoor and outdoor space with 6 sand courts and is perfect for a wide variety of events like exhibition games, charity events, work events or birthdays. Our facility is easily located Just 5 minutes north of Woodinville on Highway 9.

Our well-known Party Package includes two volleyball courts with the option to add catering or use of a BBQ. Individual courts are also available for reservation. Your package can be customized to include bringing in a professional volleyball trainer to lead a clinic or just keep the games going. Past events have accommodated over 100 people.

To inquire about the event space or to book an event, please provide the following information. We make every effort to respond to your request within 24-48 hours during regular business hours; for requests on weekends by end of day on Monday.

COURT RENTAL COST:

Court Rental for players ONLY:
**No outside food allowed

One court per hour is $50.00 (up to 4 players)

Additional players can be added at $10 per person per hour.
Reservations can be made for one or more hours.
Multiple courts may be rented.

Event Rentals (2 hour minimum)

*Prices below do not include sales tax.
**No outside food allowed, EXCEPT for reservations with BBQ Rentals.
**Beer, wine, alcohol drinks must be purchased from the bar on site. No outside alcohol.
**Special event cake or other special event dessert okay.

Party Package: TWO Courts/2 Hours (up to 40 people) $295.00 plus catering.
**15% discount off Bottega Bistro catering orders of $150 or more.
Party Package: TWO Courts/2 Hours (up to 40 people) $295.00 without catering. Optional: BBQ rental $55
**Option: Guests can purchase food individually.

One Court Party Package options:

Party Package: ONE Court/ 2 Hours (up to 20 people) $235.00 plus catering.
**15% discount off Bottega Bistro catering orders of $150 or more.
Party Package: ONE Court/ 2 Hours (up to 20 people) $235.00 without catering. Optional: BBQ rental $55
**Option: Guests can purchase food individually.

Birthday & Team Parties

Group parties are one of our favorite kinds of events to hold in the park. From youth and young adult birthdays, end of season team parties, to milestone adult parties, the guests of the event are sure to have a memorable time. While the concept of a volleyball party is unique, it doesn't have to mean that everyone attending the party has to play volleyball. For the non-netters, there is fun to be had socializing on the deck or on the bocce field. And weather doesn't have to be a deterrent, we have a covered area to keep your guests nice and dry!

WHEN HOSTING AN EVENT AT NW BEACH ( also known as BOTTEGA), YOU CAN GO AS FAR AS YOUR IMAGINATION TAKES YOU

Just Because - Reserve a court or party package just because you've got a group of friends that want to have some fun! Need a tournament director, let us know and we'll provide one for you.

Graduation - May and June are a great time for a volleyball-themed party. Customization ideas include booking multiple courts, ordering tee-shirts announcing the graduation year and school name or hiring a deejay.

Family reunions - There is plenty of space to accommodate members of your clan from near and far. Plan friendly competitive games for different family names at the party or mix generations in one game. Create a shirt with the family name and year of the reunion.

Work events for morale-building - There are many unique ways to build trust between team-members or between groups. Fun is the central theme for the most successful ones. Book a local band or hire a deejay, hold a bocce tournament for non-volleyball players on our bocce field or maximize participation on the sand with providing branded sand socks for your group.

National holiday parties - There is no better time than Labor Day, Memorial Day or the Fourth of July to plan your BBQ at our courts.
